Billing details

Payments for Pro are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all tax collection (VAT, sales tax) on our behalf and provides your invoice. Pro subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — no phone calls, no retention pressure.

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). Paddle automatically converts to your local currency at checkout — Jordanian Dinars (JOD), Euros (EUR), Saudi Riyals (SAR), and 30+ other currencies supported.

Student verification

The Free tier requires a real name and a valid Jordanian university identifier (email or student ID). If you're not currently enrolled at a Jordanian university, you can still browse but some features (match discovery, help requests) are limited.

Refunds & disputes

See our Refund Policy for details. EU/UK users retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on new subscriptions.

Changes

We may update pricing for future subscribers. Existing Pro subscribers keep their locked-in launch price for at least 12 months, and we'll give you 30 days' notice before any change affects you.
